This explains your rights about physical products ordered from Shaheen Advertising which includes; printed material, signage, advertising solution and displays.
If you received our product that is pertaining to above three conditions or o=your ordered product does not match printed product in specification and quality then you can contact and notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. After Verification of mentioned default and according to laws applicable in UAE, our company Shaheen Advertising will: Reprint the product with no additional cost and with same turnaround time. We will only issue a refund for product, installation and design will not be included in the refund.
However, Refund will only be given if the product is not used, installed or altered.
Shaheen Advertising is not bound to refund and replace and re-design or alter design where our client has approved final artwork and we have started our process or there is error in design, artwork provided by customer and instruction provided by client . Our client and every user must know and research before coming here that in the printing industry there is standard tolerance for color variation because no color can be matched 100 percent accurately. If color variation is under standard tolerance then there will be no refund and we also do paid samples for customers to check before final production.
Order can cancelled and there will be refund only before production begin
