Revision Policy

At Shaheen Advertising Revision is only offered at the stage of design or at sample stage if the client is not satisfied. Revision will include text edit and layout adjustment, however if the client is asking for a whole concept changing like rebranding then our timeline will increase with additional cost.
Revision strictly within the same concept and design is only allowed 3 times before production and at the time of artwork approval, no later than that because we design often needs offset printing and our team might have started initial preparation which incur cost. No revision is allowed after artwork approval.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, later any dissatisfaction toward the product will never be the responsibility of our team and company.
